How do I remove meat from chicken drumsticks so I can use meat for a curry?!

Question: How do I remove meat from chicken drumsticks so I can use meat for a curry?
shall I just boil in water with cicken stock cubes dissolved til tender then separate meat and gristle from drumsticks and stir fry with my curry sauce?

Answers:

That would work but not much meat for your efforts ! Do you already have the drumsticks ? If not buy thighs .

Roast or boil meat...I wouldn't use chicken stock cubes though.....then pull off bone with a fork or your fingers...Then add to your stir-fry...I would use breast meat...but if you like dark meat and haven't bought the drumsticks... you might want to use thighs..more meat on them............

Happy Cooking !!!

Use a fork to shred the meat off the bone.
