can you put cilantro, onion and country herbs which consist of the following (basil, rosemary, parsley, oregano, basil, mint, sage and thyme) in chicken kiev, also can i substitue bread crumbs for cracker crumbs? Thanks

Yes, you should be able to!

However, just go easy on each of the herbs as there are a few there and all of the herbs are fairly strong in flavour.

With the cracker crumbs, you should be able to do that too just as long as they are finely chopped/grounded otherwise you'll have trouble getting them to stick.

You can but than it wouldn't be Chicken Kiev.
Garlic, parsley butter is a different taste from cilantro/ oregano and Im not sure that that combo goes well. Make it mexican or Italian. Fresh herbs are always preferred.
