how to color buttercream icing a flesh tone color?!

Answers:
If you're starting with white or off-white, just add a very small amount of pink or red. Then add a very-very small amount of yellow to that if you want to go with a less-pink, more "tanned"-look kind of skin.
If those give too "bright" a color, you can make a "tone" from the color by adding the teensiest bit of green you can manage.
I use ivory wilton paste color for caucasian skin, more or less depending on the tone I'm looking for. Maybe a tiny bit of pink, if it looks like it needs it.
