Beef Bouillon cubes vs. beef granules?!

Question: Beef Bouillon cubes vs. beef granules?
My recipe calls for 1tsp. of beef bouillon granules all I have are instant bouillon beef cubes. Can I use the cubes? If so, do I just use one cube or 1/2 cube for a tsp? Thanks

Answers:

The cube is considered to be 1 teaspoon of granules. Smash it and measure out 1/2 teaspoon or cut it in half. I do this all the time.

Good luck!

Yes you can use the cubes...One cube is equal to 1 teaspoon...........................

yes that will work
