Can you cook chicken patty (for burgers) with beer?!

Question: Can you cook chicken patty (for burgers) with beer?

I used beer for beef when making burgers but will it work great for chicken too?

pretty sure it will because the alcohol in the beer is soppose to make meats softer and non smelly
and chicken is a type of meat

and you already probably know that when the beer hits the pan all the alcohol leaves so no worries
it wont make the chicken taste wierd
