what quick recipes can I make with instant white rice?

One Pot Beef and Rice Skillet

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup KRAFT GOLDEN Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
3 cups chopped broccoli
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup KRAFT Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.
ADD 1-1/2 cups water, dressing and oregano. Bring to boil.
STIR in broccoli and rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
Substitute:
For a different flavour base, substitute Kraft Signature Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing for the Italian dressing and Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns for the Cheddar cheese.

Quick-Fix Beef and Rice

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice
1 cup KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
PREHEAT oven at 350°F. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Stir in peas, soup, milk, garlic powder and thyme. Bring just to boil.
SPREAD meat mixture on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish. Top with rice; sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE 10 min. or until cheese is melted.



SEVEN SEAS CASSEROLE
1 6oz can tuna drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of water use the soup can
1 1/4 cup of instant rice
1 1/4 cup peas
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese to put on top
Mix everything together
Put the cheese on top
cover and put in the microwave for 9 min on high let set for 5 min
if you are using an oven cook for 20-25 min

You can make pilaf by cooking the rice in broth instead of water, and adding just about anything you want: chopped veggies, raisins, chopped up sausage, etc. Another really quick idea is to get frozen beef tips or stroganoff, mix in some sauteed mushrooms, scallions, and a little white wine, and
put it over rice. You can toss in some frozen peas at the last minute if you want.
