Instead of being a 'smarty pants' why don't you just prove that you can be responsible? Mature? A much better way to go, you're on the right track. As for lunch why do you have to actually 'cook' lunch? Most lunch items are foods that are presented cold or a hot sandwich. usually something simple. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was a great idea. Other sandwich's you can prepare are turkey, chicken, ham, tuna etc.. With the meat ones add plenty of veggies like spinach lettuce, ice burg lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, etc.. There's also egg salad. Just boiled eggs and some mayo, mixed together so simple! With the tuna you can add mayo, a bit of mustard, chopped boiled egg, sweet pickles, green onions, and even some chopped water chestnut or my favorite is chopped (tiny) apple. I also put swiss cheese on my tuna. I reserve cooking for dinner, the big family meal. Oh, another good idea is to cook a roast (rump or bottom round) in the crock pot, on low, for approx 10 hours (I actually do longer, most people go shorter) toss a chopped onion inside, some beef broth, and salt, pepper and if you like some garlic powder. You can make roast beef sandwiches for days with this, add some cheddar cheese slices, etc. and use the leftovers to make something like Machaca or shredded beef tacos for dinner one night.

Macaroni with canned tomatoes, sliced celery and mushrooms and hot dogs. Add a pinch of basil and pepper (optional) and melt cheese on. *for another dish similar, replace ground beef with hot dogs
Bacon, tomato and cheese with mayo on toast.
Lean Cuisine frozen meals.
Romane lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, bacon bits.
Frozen chicken wings (cook in oven) , ranch or blue cheese dip dressing (optional) and frozen fries (cook in oven)
Salsa and tortilla chips
Cans of soup, veggies and fruit
pillsbury crescent rolls
Toast, butter, cinnamon
Had you gone to school, perhaps you would have learned the four food groups (which include, most importantly, VEGETABLES and FRUITS), not to mention some grammar.

A meal plan just mean mean that you write down what need to make certain recipes. If your used to cooking look though some cook book and go for some easy stuff. or you can do a search or easy lunch ideas. basically you just go though the recipes ands write down everything you need fall of them This should include spices. then after you compare all the things you look at what you have int he pantry and cross of what you don't need. If way you need ketchup and your not sure the amount you is enough then add another bottle of the same size. But let say you need 5 chicken breasts but you have 8 then you can mark that off as stuff you have.
also cut down the recipe so they are enough for one. I think the site reciepezaar will do that for you so all you have to do it

ham and cheese wraps you can use ranch dressing instead of mayo
Enchiladas
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
* 12 corn tortillas
* 1 28oz can of red enchilada sauce
* 2 cups (16 oz) mozzarella or queso blanco
* 1 1/2 cups meat (optional) shredded beef or chicken
* 2-3 tablespoons oil
Preparation:
Coat each tortilla with oil using your hands or a brush. Spread out on a cookie sheet or baking dish and bake in a 500 degree oven for about 7 minutes. Take out to cool until they are warm to the touch.
The cheese can be shredded, or just cut into slices 3-4 inches long, and 1/4 inch thick. (Or thicker if you like them really cheesy.)
Pour just enough sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish to cover the it. Pour the rest of the sauce in a large bowl. Dip tortillas, one at a time, in the bowl to coat with sauce.
Lay the tortilla in baking dish and if you're using the meat, put in about 2-3 tablespoons. Place the cheese on top of the meat. Fold one edge over the cheese, then the other one, then turn the whole thing over, folded side down, in baking dish. Repeat for each tortilla. Sprinkle any leftover sauce and/or cheese on top of enchiladas.
Place in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
