Please what is the name of this vegetable ?!
I forgot the name, it looks like dandelion or any leafy vegetable but has white stalks and is sold in Chinese vegetable store.
It is sold both young and mature, it is more green when young but become mostly white because of its big stalks when it is grown up.
when it is grown up, it contains more white stalks and greens leaves.

it's called Bok choy.
Well, when it is young, it is called baby bok choy. After it is matured, it is just bok choy.
