HELP! What can I do with a pot of macaroni?!
I'm a very bad cook, and please don't say mac and cheese, I already did that with half the pot.

Maybe you should feed it to your dog, but he may be picky so you could feed it to a younger sibling!
My Brain!
TUNA MACARONI SALAD
.
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing or Miracle Whip light
2 c. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1 c. sliced celery
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Salt & black pepper
Lettuce
Mix salad dressing, macaroni, celery, tuna, onions, green pepper and pimento. Season to taste. Refrigerate. Serve on lettuce lined plates. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
divide the remainder of your mac into 2 or more zip lock bags and freeze it with as much air squeezed out as possible.
Next time you want mac and anything, get one or both out and toss into pot of boiling water for about 5 to 10 minutes. It will be just like it is right now only hot so you can make mac n cheese or use it in a pasta salad or whatever you want.
be sure to date the bags with today's date so you can be sure to use it in about 6 months.
Brown about a pound of ground beef (& a chopped onion if you like) in a skillet. Drain the fat. Add the macaroni & tomato sauce in a casserole dish. Top with shredded mozzarella (or cheese of choice). Bake at 350 until heated through.
Serve with garlic bread & a salad.
Voila. You have a whole new dinner.
Add tuna, peas, cream of mushroom soup, and cheddar cheese soup for a nice casserole. Or, dice some ham, chop up some mushrooms, and mix well.
welp--there is macaroni salad....and tuna noodle casserole, and regular pasta salad....
or make my mom's skillet supper....brown ground beef, strips of peppers and onions....add sauce and noodles....top with parmesan...
