can I have a simple recipe, p.s. my sis wont eat spaghetti
Answers:
cheese quesadillas! They are reeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllyyy easy to make! So just buy a pack of flour tortillas, graded cheese.
1. On a plate take a tortilla ans cover one side with cheeseand fold the other side over it.
2. Rub margarine and or butter on a frying pan. Turn the heat to a low flame.
3. Place the quesadilla on the pan and wait until the bottom half gets crisp but not burnt and flip it over with a spatula. Do the same with the other side until the cheese has melted inside.
4. Slice into peices and serve.
*If this is your first time eating one the here is a hint! ( it's finger food!)
chicken in a bag (tastes like rottissere)
one chicken
bottle of bbq sauce (it didn't end taste bbq)
one yellow onion (cut in half)
butter
paper bag (it won't burn I swear)
350° for 1.5 hours in bag on cookie sheet
OK This is an amazing go to recipe my entire family loves.
1. rub butter & bbq sauce inside and outside alll over chicken.
2. put cut onion inside chicken
3. put chicken in paper bag (grocery) place on cookie sheet.

This is from a food blog that I run. It's very helpful. Has a bunch of recipes that might help you. Hope this meatloaf recipe looks good to you.
Look in the pantry- do you have any items like flavored rice, mac & cheese, pasta sides- the convenience packs like Knorr, Kraft, Lipton, Rice a Roni- you just have to follow the directions on the packet. Or a box of Hamburger Helper. If you have any cream soup (like cream of mushroom), warm it up with half a can of milk for a sauce for chicken, pork, or rice. Look in the freezer too if you guys use the prepared bags where you just add beef/chicken. You could always make breakfast for dinner- like eggs or pancakes. We don’t know what ingredients you have. You could go to a site like allrecipes.com where you can enter the ingredients you have. Here's an easy one where you might have all the ingredients.
Beef Stroganoff
From Campbells.com
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless beef sirloin or round steak, cut into thin strips [sub ground beef]
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 teaspoon paprika [can omit]
1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
4 cups whole wheat or regular egg noodles, cooked and drained
Chopped fresh parsley [can sub dried]
Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until well browned, stirring often. Remove the beef from the skillet. Pour off any fat.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion to the skillet and cook until it's tender.
Stir the soup and paprika in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the sour cream. Return the beef to the skillet and cook until the beef is cooked through. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with the parsley.
Happy cooking!
fried chicken breasts - a little oil in the pan, a little salt on the meat, cover the pan and cook on low for 35 minutes, then fry on high heat about 5 minutes on each side
throw a bunch of potatoes in a pot of water and boil them (25-30min or so)
throw some sliced carrots in another pot of water and boil for about 10 minutes
that should give you a decent meal

I think your family have had enough chicken by the sound of it! Why not try something simple like omlettes and side salad, fries I you wish. If you are up for it sausages and potato mash. Saute anion (in butter till soft and then add to your potato). Serve with a green veg such as fine beans, peas or cabbage. Quite quick and really yummy.
Stuffed jacket potato with salad-tuna & Mayo. Prawn in Rose Mary sauce (ketchup & Mayo mixed) cheese & beans-no salad.
Steak & chips
Cottage pie
Sausage mash & beans
Some simple dishes there good luck & enjoy your door
