Anyone have any yummy but easy recipes ?!

Question: Anyone have any yummy but easy recipes ?
Answers:

I do a lot of home cooking but I _hate_ complex recipes.

I have two sources for easy recipes: The Better Homes and Garden Cookbook and AllRecipes.com.

Here is one so easy that children can do it:

Wrap chicken legs (and/or thighs) individually in aluminum foil. Inside the foil, have fun with different seasonings on the different legs. Mustard and BBQ sauce are both a hit in our house. Italian salad dressing is good. Poultry seasoning is obvious. Old Bay, Greek seasoning, Garlic salt, Tobasco -- whatever you have around.

Cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

The fun is when you start opening the packets and everyone debates which is better.

Take any shape of pasta you want (the whole box or package) and cook until tender (whatever you like) and cook some hamburger (about 1 pound) drain..in a large sauce pan add a can of diced tomatoes and add whatever herbs or spices you like and some chopped onions and cook and then add the hamburger and pasta, when this is all heated up and you put some in a bowl top it with cheddar cheese and let it melt and eat!!...yummy.....=)

Cola Pork Chops

4 1 to 2 inch thick pork chops ( i prefer boneless loin chops)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup favorite cola
4 Tbsp brown sugar

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
In small bowl mix ketchup and cola together. Place chops in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour cola/ketchup mixture over them. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp brown sugar over each chop.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until chops are done (internal temp is 160).

Serve with veggies.

Ok, it's just a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon (or any other meat inside)... That's easy.

sloppy joes
