Can I reuse salt water for a second batch of Kim-Chi?!

Question: Can I reuse salt water for a second batch of Kim-Chi?
I just made a huge 25lb. batch of Kim-Chi because Napa cabbage is very cheap right now. I used all my sea salt to make it and want to make a second batch tomorrow. Can I reuse the same salty water or do I have to make a new batch?

Answers:

Sure, why not. It's not like you changed the composition of this brine solution like adding more water or something. So, give it a go. Now, if it was a liquid marinade for meat then I would've said no because you run the risk of cross contamination.

Sure, it's recycling right?
You can re-use it to help save the planet!
