What is that cake that has layers of nuts ?!
It is prepared by making layers of nuts mixed with sugar and (flour,sour cream ,eggs and oil or butter).I found it in Gourmet Magazine Cd but it was damages many years ago.I don't remember its name .Can anyone help me to know where I can find its ingredients and how to prepare it?

Hi- It sounds like it might be a sour cream coffeecake. I make it in a tube pan (angel cake pan). Here is a recipe similar to the one I use, except I don't put the nuts in the bottom of the pan.
