Question: How do you cook brownish pork loin chops. It was in the refrigerator thawing since last week?
I am about to cook them but how do i cook them? and put breading on them? can i also use a 'George foreman grill'?

Answers:

If they were thawed more than 3 days, THROW THEM AWAY!
You could get very sick from meat like that. Use it or freeze it by 3 days, that is the rule.

Frankly, if they are not cooked but they are "brownish", I wouldn't cook them, just throw them away.
If you need more - open them up and smell them. If there is a bad odor, pitch them. Also, don't ever give meat like that to your pets, either.

Experience with food poisoning

Smell them, feel them
If they smell like vinegary somewhat...Bad
If they feel slimy...Bad
The chops should have taken 3 days to thaw from frozen and you would have 3 days after that to use them
