How do you cook tri-tip in an oven? I want it medium rare?!
Bake or broil, what temperature, etc.- Oh and it's already seasoned and marinated.

BROIL, on high, until its nicely seared, flip, same on the other side... then let it carry-over till medium rare. 145°F
Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
