lemon chicken:

Ingredients
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2.In the same pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add thyme and reserved flour mixture; stir until blended. Marinate over night.

Throw on the grill when you get home the next day. Don't over cook!

What I like also is when the chicken is almost done take the chicken off and brush barbeque sauce all over and throw back on the grill for a minute or two.

At home grilling experiment class 101 !

Try throwing some lemon and butter on the chicken and bake it. Or, simply throw some barbecue sauce on it. There are many things you can do to chicken, just depends on how you prefer it!
