Dinner: What can I make with potatos, onions, cheddar cheese, and tomato sauce?!

Question: Dinner: What can I make with potatos, onions, cheddar cheese, and tomato sauce?
Oh ya, I've got hamburger, too.
Anyone have an E-Z to follow recipe, something that a culinarnarily-disabled bachelor can make?

Thanks,

Yahoooo!

Make some potato pancakes..........(Keeping the cheese and the 'mater sauce aside)

(1) Mash the taters.......

(2) Saute the onions.....

(3) Mix the mashed ;'taters with the onions, to taste (Can't have Too Much onion, tho, cause they get stuck in yer teeth) into medium size (pancake) like assemblies....'bout the size of a saucer?

(4) Then, crumble the hamburger and saute it, with sale and pepper in yer pan........Throw away the
oil and do not even think of using it.....

once you have the hamburger cooked up nicely add the 'mater sauce to it, let it "sit" alittle.....

cook the tatwer pancaakes to golden brown or really brown...

throw the hamburger/sauce over the pancakes and go to WORK!!

oh i forgot the cheesee....use it too!!

Let's make things easy. Wash off the potatoes, bake or nuke them. While the potatoes are cooking, fry up the hamburger with the onions. Mix in just enough tomato sauce to make the hamburger moist but not thin. (Also, add a little bit of salt and pepper to suit your taste.)

Take the baked potatoes, slit them open, top with the hamburger mixture and top off with the cheese!

E-Z potatoes! I am not a bachelor but I am a stay at home dad who cooks.

Put some tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Wash and slice the potatoes and lay them on top of the sauce. They don't have to be pretty. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

Slice the onions and lay them over the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese (you can grate it or just slice it up.)

Put in a 350° degree oven for 45 minutes. Stick the tip of a knife down into it to make sure the potatoes are fully cooked. If not leave it in the oven for 10 more minutes and try again.

The cheese should be nicely browned. If not turn the heat up to 400° for 5 minutes.

Serve with the hamburger.

When you say hamburger I assume you mean minced beef.

Fry the mince to brown in a little oil and add the diced onions and soften. Add a little stock or water and bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and add salt and pepper, other seasonings and some tomato sauce.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, taste test and add anything more if required.
Thicken to make up a gravy and serve with cheesey potato mash.

Boil POTATOES until tender, peel under cold water. Slice and arrange in greased casserole. Saute' ground beef with chopped onion, add tomato sauce when meat is cooked and onions softened. Spoon in a layer on the potatoes. Sprinkle on a layer of cheese and some bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes in oven on 350 until bubbly. Serve immediately.

First dice the onions and shred the cheese (if not already). Mix the diced onions and shredded cheese with the hamburger, and incorporate it very well. Mold the meat mixture into hamburger patties. Grill or pan cook the hamburger. Next, cut potatos into small strips and fry them.
