Awesome, simple meatball recipe?!

Question: Awesome, simple meatball recipe?
I have some nice ground prime rib, and would love to whip up some meatballs with it, but have never made them before. Does anyone have a great, classic recipe?

Answers:

Ground prime rib seems like a waste, since it will have too little fat.
You may want to mix in 1 pork sausage for every pound of beef.
You also need a cup of bread-crumbs or oat-meal per pound.
Roll a scoop of the mixture into 1"-1 1/2" balls & brown in hot oil.
Lay on baking sheet or roasting pan in 350F oven 20-30 minutes.
Or you can finish them in a pot of sauce, until finished.

Ground beef (1 lb, double ingredient for more)
salt and pepper
garlic powder
one egg, slightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
finely chopped onion
olive oil

mix first 6 ingredients, season to taste. shape into meatballs, heat olive oil in saute pan. cook meatballs in olive oil, browning on each side and done in the middle. I usually finish mine off in spaghetti sauce, letting them simmer for 30 to 45 mins.
