need info on a old octagon barrel 32. cal breech load rifle?!

Question: Need info on a old octagon barrel 32. cal breech load rifle?
I received this from my Father in Law 30 years ago and have no info on it. It's about 39" long with the word belgium 907 and the letter L in a different location all on the underside of the barrel. Has another stamping that could be cursive L's nested together. No caliber marking but have original bullets that my Father in Law said were 32 cal. Thanks

Answers:

Is this a .32 Flobert (rimfire) type rifle? There were a lot of similar guns made in Belgium around the previous turn of the century by a great number of makers. Prices are all over the place, depending on condition, quality of workmanship and so forth. You'll need to go over the rifle carefully and write down or photograph all the marks to find out what it is. Some marks are probably hidden under the barrel. There should be a maker;s mark, proof marks, and possibly importer's marks as well.

Its very hard to ID the rifle without some good quality pictures both of all the markings / stampings, and the overall view.

FWIW - And you probably already guessed as much, it is probably of Belgium origin.
