Leatherface because i don't live in Texas, he's very dumb and is like a child, he's not immortal so he'll actually go down and cannot be revived. Also no one else impersonates him so there's no chance of him "coming back". Finally, since he is real, he's old now so he'll be in a wheel chair or walker which really isn't that scary
