I love something different from the norm and healthy too. One of my latest favorite sides is Israeli couscous. Simple to make, very flavorful with the right spices....enjoy

Here's a quick way I make it,

2 tbs oil
1 cup israeli couscous
1 cup water
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 tsp crushed pepper

Heat oil on medium high heat, add couscous and toast for about 5 minutes stirring occassionally. Add water and stock, cook until al dente, season with salt and crushed pepper to your taste and enjoy...

Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, Smoked Sausage, BBQ Baked Beans, Cole slaw, Leg Quarters That have been Marinated, ( I like Caribbean Jerk Marinade) Just about anything you can throw on the grill, Ever try eating Rattlesnake meat? Its good with just a dash of Tabasco, Or maybe some crawdads? (Crawfish)

I love to cook my self

French fries (good for dipping in the BBQ sauce), cole slaw and corn bread are traditional. If you want to go outside the box a bit try a sweet potato salad with it. Or sweet potato fries. Yummy!

Corn or corn bread are classic. So is cole slaw, potato salad, apple sauce, or pretty much anything that isn't too heavy or spicy.

Crinkle Cut French Fries seems to the all American standard with creamy coleslaw and potato rolls, and a boat load of towelettes.

Mash potatoes; mac and cheese; collard greens; maybe even coleslaw and cornbread
Mmmmmmmmmmmm i just got hungry!
Enjoy!!!

That's what I cook it with.

cajun wedges and homemade coleslaw, or a simple side salad and roasted red pepper mayo.

Something to compliment it, but nothing like garlic bread o-o

cold slaw and corn bread
