Question: Have olive oil,eggplant,eggs,spaghetti sauce,mozzarella & parmesan cheese need recipe 4 eggplant parmesan?

I even have a bit of red Burgundy wine & I can make some garlic bread & a nice tossed salad with black olives,arugula,romaine,& a good mixture of lettuce & spinach slight drizzle of extra Virgin olive oil & red vingerett. Are there any hungry souls that want to join me for supper
