Greek yogurt as substitute for Creme Fraiche?!
Would it work?
I know I can make it on my own, but I don't have time. And I REALLY don't feel like going back to the store.
It's for banana bread by the way.
Would it work? Someone else mentioned it as a substitute, but I wanted a few other opinions.

GREAT idea! Dont be afraid to experiment. If you taste it, you would wonder why they said 'creme fraiche' in the first place... Enjoy!

greek yoghurt should work just fine. you may need to add a bit of milk because it is more dense than creme fraiche. but i think it should be fine.
