What is ideal way of preparing boneless steak?!

First make sure the meat is room temp...It cooks evenly if it is...
Make sure your barbecue is piping hot... Pour a little olive oil on a paper towel or a small brush and rub the grill slats before you lay the steak down. Once it's on the grill, reduce the heat to medium and keep the lid down (and quit peeking!) After 4-5 minutes, it's time to turn the steak over and let it go another 4-5 minutes on the other side....That should be medium done...So you adjust the time by how you like your steak...
When the steak is done....put on a plate and let it rest for a few minutes while it continues to cook...

I can offer you one peice of advice DONT keep on flipping it over wait till its cooked about half way through then flip ONCE to the other side or you rruin the flavour and juices ^^ Happy Cooking
