Eggs sunny side up effects?!
Umm hi. I like my eggs sunny side up but on egg carton says too cook yolk fully so I do not get disease, what are chance I get infection?

Chance of salmonella is very slim. I eat eggs over easy all the time and never got sick.
I would wash the eggs before cracking and then cook them however you like them. I like to scramble mine and I add a spoonful of salsa queso (cheesy salsa). It gives them some creaminess and a little zip.
Billions of people have been eating sunny-side-up eggs for centuries. If that's the way you like them, enjoy.
