Does anyone know what is in the creamed corn at Rockfish?!
We ate at Rockfish a few weeks ago and their creamed corn was AWESOME!! I just want to know if anyone knows what is in their creamed corn? It looked like mac and cheese but it was corn and something? Maybe cheese? Not sure. Thanks in advance guys!!

I don't know where Rockfish is, but if the corn looked like mac'n'cheese it was probably just made with a creamy cheese sauce. To make it just make the roux and add milk and cook till it thickens and then add cheese (shredded) of your choice. Stir to blend and then add the corn kernels.
