How do I make potatoe pancakes & what goes good with it ?!

Use pancake recipe or mix and add 2 cups hash browns to it. May need to add some more milk or water to make it thin enough to pour easily.

I like butter and apple butter (spiced apple sauce) or homemade mapleine syrup.

greek yogurt & honey
carmelized apples

Here's a basic latke recipe. Apple sauce goes fantastic with it.

No idea about recipes but grated parsnip is a dream with it! x
