Which type of grill is better Charcoal or Gas?!

Question: Which type of grill is better Charcoal or Gas?
Looking to buy my 1st Real grill. I've used a small charcoal grill in the past

Answers:

IT really depends in your cooking style. If you like the flavor of charcoal and the option of being able to smoke meat then a charcoal grill is very nice. if you like the availabilty of gas and the quick cooking aspect then you would most likely want to look into a gas grill. me personally I have one of each and i prefer my charcoal grill/smoker. but as i said it really depends on how you like to cook. I would always recomend Charcoal!

Constant Griller

You've got as many "purists" who say that charcoal is the only way and just as many who swear by gas. I like gas because it's easier and less messy...no ashes to worry about throwing away. There are times when charcoal can be easy....at the beach using those built in barbeque stands. So you need to decide how much effort you want to use. I can throw a couple of steaks on the barbeque quickly and easily with my gas grill. No waiting on the coals. Then when they're done, I turn it off, let it cool, and cover it back up.

Charcoal is best fr that flavor but you can get some liquid smoke and get real real close to that charcoal flavor and you dont need to use much at all.

Gas is cleaner, easier, and healthier.

But I will stick with my charcoal because nothing can replace that nice "grilled" flavor that you get with charcoal.

Charcoal grillin' since 2000.

CHARCOAL: TASTIER FOOD, LONGER COOKING TIME, LESS HEALTHY
GAS: FASTER, NOT AS TASTY, HEALTHIER.

ITS UR PICK, SO WHATEVER YOU WANT.

ME

the charcoal grill will give a nice charcoal taste but Im not sure what taste the gas grill will give-gas prbably
