I don't get to eat much Swedish food in my life.
But when I was in Sweden, staying with my Swedish college friend, his family always
serve Swedish pancake for breakfast.
And evening, his parents would have a beverage drink called 'glogg', or I think its spelt this way.
But one thing I know is that they tend to cook with whatever that are available in season.

We go to IKEA (a Swedish company) for a good selection of Swedish food. They have their own small restaurant, but also sell a very good selection of Swedish food.

IKEA has eleven locations in Canada.
