Anyone have a good recipe for oven fried chicken?!

Question: Anyone have a good recipe for oven fried chicken?
One they have tried? I've only used Shake and Bake. I've seen recipes using cornflakes--has anyone ever done that?

I like to skin my chicken, then salt and pepper, next dip in buttermilk, then in flour. Spray cooking spray on pan, place chicken on pan then spray the chicken all over the top and bake at 325 until brown. I learned that of the Opra show a long time ago when she had her chef on. Its a heathyer way of eating fried chicken and very good.

Here are a couple of good linkd to recipes I like. They have both gotten rave reviews...

First, take the skin off of your chicken. Let the pieces soak in buttermilk, seasoned with a little paprika. Then coat in crushed up cornflakes. Bake until juices run clear and cornflakes are crisp. So yummy!

I just use flour...I brown it in a skillet for about 30 minutes...I like the drippings for gravy...Then once it is brown I put in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes..................

We use something called "Oven Fry" for chicken. It's a little like shakenbake but we like it better.
