They're extra-large organic eggs. How long do I SOFT-boil them for?

Answers:

I love soft boiled eggs. I bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for four and half minutes.

I use organic extra large eggs as well.

If you get a few choices I would never trust instructions that say heat the water with the egg in it(how can anyone know how many BTU's your stove makes and how much water you are boiling).
