How can I make pancakes when I don't have the mix?!

2 cup self raising flour sifted , 2tb Sugar,pinch of salt, 1 egg,1-11/2c milk?- mix all. pour enough milk so its a little more runnier then cake batter. u can add more sugar too if u like? (this makes the fat but palm size pancakes)
bisquick is a multi purpose flour mix. Can be used for several recipes, including pancakes.
1cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1cup milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
You actually have to use all the ingredients from scratch - S.R.Flour, egg and milk. It's ever so hard......
