I see a wonderful scone in your future! You have milk instead of cream but I'm sure you can use it just the same:

SCONES

2 c flour
1/3 c granulated sugar (or your caster sugar)
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 c sweet, unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla (or vanilla extract)
1/2 c plus 1 T heave whipping cream (you can use your milk)

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut the butter into small pieces and blend into the flour mixture with a pastry blender. The mixture should look like coarse crumbs. In a small measuring cup combine 1/2 cup whipping cream (or your milk), 1 egg, beaten and the vanilla. Add this mixture to the flour mixture. Stir until just combined. Do not over mix this mixture.

Knead dough gently on a lightly floured surface. Roll or pat the dough to 1 1/2" thick. Use your biscuit cutter to cut out the rounds and place on a sprayed or buttered cookie sheet. Shape the remaining dough to 1 1/2" thick again and cut out the scones until all the dough is used. Make a mixture of one well-beaten egg with 1 T heavy cream (again your milk). Brush the scones with this mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned. These scones freeze very well.

If you would like to add dried berries, raisins and currents or chocolate chips, use 1/3 cup. If you would like, you can use 1 T poppy seeds and 1 tsp of flavored extracts.

Serve with your Creme Fresh and a mixture of strawberries and raspberries.

Hope that helps. You might keep this recipe and make it again when you have cream to taste how wonderful it really can be.

Ingredients
1 1/8 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons bread flour
3 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup golden raisins
2 2/3 tablespoons candied mixed fruit peel

Directions
Add water, oil, brown sugar, bread flour, gluten flour, milk powder, mixed spice, and yeast into the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Fruit setting or the setting for Basic White Bread. Press Start.
If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the golden raisins and peel at the signal, or around 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.

make a berry tart using the strawberries, raspberries and creme fresh. To make the creme fresh suitable to the dessert, you should whip it and then add icing sugar to taste.
You can make a crust thing out of the sugar, flour and butter. Use a little less flour than sugar, and cut the dry ingredients into the butter until they're crumbly. Maybe add an egg as a binding agent, but then you'll need more of the sugar and flour.
best of luck!

You could make a sponge or pound cake and top it with berries and sugar.
