Best Cheesecake Recipe that does NOT require baking?!

My wife makes one that everybody loves. It uses cool whip and cream cheese in a graham cracker crust with pie filling (she usually uses cherry) on top.
This looks like the recipe only instead of putting fresh fruit on top she puts canned pie filling (either cherry or strawberry).

I learned one off of Nigella Lawson's website that is wonderful. You make a graham cracker or ginersnap crust with crushed cookies and butter. The filling is condensed milk, cream cheese,
heavy cream and the juice of 4 lemons. She has several recipes for no bake cheese cakes, but I like this one because of the lemon juice. I make blueberry compote for a topping, but she just uses really good quality jam. Try googling the site.
