Junk. Just look at the ingredients list that was provided and can be found on the Kellogg's site. It's not something I would buy my child or consume myself. Not when we can have all-natural whole wheat toast and all-natural jelly for less money than a box of those things.



I am not sure about the main ingredient but I do love to eat them washed down with Guinness Stout.
