Are they just a chocolate substitute for decorating?

Do they taste like candy or chocolate?

Answers:

They are chocolate and they taste like chocolate. It can be flavored using flavored oil if you like.

It is. The taste is ok. However, use a better quality chocolate. Baker's chocolate, Semi sweet chocolate chips.etc.
