Sweet Potato hard skin outside and soft inside?!
I had a baked Sweet Potato the other day and the skin was separated from the meet of the Sweet Potato.
I was able to eat the entire Sweet Potato within the skin. How did they do that it was tough enough yet still firm?

Probably just dry,whole baked in the oven.
