Nice & Easy recipe for making Oatcake?!
I love oatcake and always buy various oatcakes. Make me wonder is it possible to make it at home ? I don't have a rolling pin now, but is it essential to make thin oatcake ? ( Are there anything I can use instead of rolling pin?) Waiting for your reply, thank you !

you can always use a can about the size of a spaghetti sauce can to roll out the oatcakes
