Question: How to make Red Lobster's coconut shrimp dipping sauce?

I LOVE their sauce that comes with the shrimp. I can easily make the shrimp at home but I want to learn how to make the sauce at home.... I know it has crushed pineapple but what else?

1/4 cup crushed pineapple (canned)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
