cooking ranch/parmesan chicken?!
Answers:
ok, I make the same chicken all the time! I dip mine first in a mixture of 1 egg and 1 tbsp ranch dressing, then I bread it in the ranch/breadcrumb/parmesan mixture and place on an UNGREASED cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 for 8 minutes, flipping half way through. They end up crunchy and perfectly cooked every time! so yummy. *the egg/ranch mixture helps seal in the flavor and keeps the breading stuck to the chicken
make it once a week
After coating the chicken and placing onto an oiled cookie sheet, spray tenders lightly with Pam (any variety). Preheat oven to 350 F. and bake 30 minutes, turning once. I made tenders just the other day, but maybe next time I will use your coating mix. It looks really good.
Mama say
I'd add a teaspoon of sunflower oil, spread that with a paper towel to barely oil a pyrex glass cooking tray, cook 50-55 min at 180C, turning them once.
Put the prepared tenders on an oiled baking sheet and bake at 375 for 6 minutes, flip them over and bake another 5 minutes.
