How to beat cream cheese?!


Question: How to beat cream cheese?
Im baking, and the recipe says to beat the (softened) cream cheese.

What does that mean? Beat it with a blender??

Answers:

With a mixer. (Or a whisk, I guess, if you're really strong.)



Beat it like a red-headed step-child!

Use a mixer, either the stand kind with the bowl, or a hand mixer will work. A blender won't do it.



Get mad, say "STFU you *****" and then beat it!
