Its an asian delacasy.... Generally just a tempura batter, and fried until golden brown
tempura is real simple... usually just water, egg and flour, lightly coating... many times they use sparkling water to help it be more light and crunchy.
the frying is simple, get the oil to about 380 degrees, and take your coated heads and gently place them in the oil, don't overcrowd them... remove when they are nice and golden colored

1. Get some shrimp heads.
2. Get some Pop Tarts.
3. Put shrimp heads in a large bowl.
4. Crumble Pop Tarts into bowl with shrimp heads.
5. Mix thoroughly.
