How can I cook my eggs?!

Question: How can I cook my eggs?
Okay... So it's breakfast time and I've got eggs to make.
I don't want to make just plain scrambled or over easy cause that's usually what we have...
Are there other easy ways to make tasty eggs?? Please help?
I want to make a yummy breakfast this morning!! Thanx:D

What about omelets? Simply put, they are like unscrambled, scrambled eggs, with a filling, like cheese, meat, veggies or whatever else you can think of.

I make a breakfast burrito filling that you can eat with or without the tortillas. Make more than enough, because it's good reheated too.
Chop some breakfast or chorizo sausages into bite-sized pieces, and fry, remove from pan. Bacon works too.
Cube and fry some potatoes, onions, peppers, etc.
Add meat back in. Spice up to taste.
Add eggs, stirring and cooking like scrambled eggs.
Fill a tortilla, taco or burrito style, top with cheese, salsa, sour cream, even guacamole.
Enjoy!

Omelets or frittatas are fantastic, the added veg, herbs and cheese make it well worth while. I also have recently gotten into eating soft boiled eggs, it's a tasty low-fat way to eat eggs. You could also consider doing some type of eggs benedict (either basic (w/ spinach) or salmon or something else). My husband also loves eggs scrambled with pastrami, I'm not so sure, but he and his family seem to love them a lot.

Monsmoms, I have my eggs poached (when I have them), with oven cooked breakfast sausage, tomato and bacon.

While they are cooking, I am usually having my fruit, and juice.

Hard boil them for about ten minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese and golden breadcrumbs if you have them. Then grill on high till cheese bubbling and starting to go brown. Boil them for less time if you would like eggs softer. Worth a try

Simple poached on toast, very healthy, can also have them on a muffin with haollondaise sauce, also poached, with ham

make an omelet with ham and cheese.
if that's too boring, you could make sandwiches.

poached eggs are yummy
