Can you tell me how to make a great curry using a curry powder?!
I used onion, sweet potato, carrots, beef as an ingredient. water and powder. The result was TERRIBLE.
I usually buy a Japanese Curry box and same ingredients .. I could live on it forever ~!

Answers:
Start by heating oil, coat meat with flour mixed with salt & pepper.
Brown meat in hot oil, turning to cook all sides.
Add chopped onion, diced potatoes, carrots, etc.
Mix bouillon cube with cup of water, or add cup of stock. Simmer.
Mix 3 tsps curry powder in 1 cup plain yoghurt, 1 tbsp corn starch.
When vegetables & meat are tender, strain juices into curry sauce.
Serve meat & vegetables with curry sauce poured over.
