Can sum1 give me a simple recipe for basic chocolate fudge?!


Question: Can sum1 give me a simple recipe for basic chocolate fudge?
I dont need a recipe with skim milk or evaporated milk or baking chocolate. I need a recipe with cocoa powder and other simple ingredients. Plz reply quickly!!!

Answers:

2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bi-carbonate
1/2 tin (200 grams) condensed milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla essence


Method 1.Sift the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and soda bi-carbonate.
2.Combine all the ingredients together with 1/2 cup (100 ml.) of water in a bowl and mix well using a whisk.
3.Pour this mixture into a greased 150 mm. (6") diameter baking tin.
4.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes or till a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
5.Unmould and cool on a wire rack.
6.Cut into 1" squares and serve or use as required



Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

3 cups (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
Dash Salt
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil, extending foil over the edge, so you can lift it out.
Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt in microwave for 3 minutes on high, stir after every minute until melted. Stir in nuts (if using) and vanilla. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan using extended foil and cut into squares.

The easiest fudge I have ever made!!
