So I don't understand my math homework, and really need help! My teacher didn't teach us ANY of this..
PS- ^(2) is supposed to be a power ( 3 to the second power.. etc.)

6. The graph of y = x^(2) - 2x - 3 intersects the x-axis at

7. The solutions to x^(2) - 6x - 27 = 0 are

8. The zeros of y = x^(2) + 8x + 7 are

9. Which of the following would complete the square for x^(2) + x?
a. 1/2 b. -1/2
