Depends on what you have on hand... look in the fridge.
Ham & Cheese? Roll up with some mayo or horseradish.
Eggs? Boil up some for tomorrow so you can make some deviled eggs (cut eggs in half, mash yolks with mayo & mustard and put back in the white halves)
Eggs? crack a couple, scramble them and nuke for a minute or so on a plate. in the meantime, mince some onion. put the nuked eggs in the freezer for about 3 minutes, then make egg salad with the nuked eggs, minced onion and some mayo (be sure to Pam the plate first)
Tuna? Mix with some mayo and about a tablespoon of relish for tuna salad. (always keep cans of tuna in fridge so it's always ready for tuna salad)
It's midnight where I am, wonder where you are to be making lunch at this hour!
Hope this helps
ice cream sandwich
chicken salad, tuna sandwich, carrots and ranch dressing, those are all cold and easy
Salad (any kind) with a lot of cheeeeeese slices on the side. Cheese is good on a hot day (at least to me)
why not toss yourself up a nice crispy fresh green salad....put some sliced tomatoe in a sml container to add when ready to eat....Fast simple filling and healthy* you could add a slice of bread or 1/2 bagel(preferably whole wheat)
OR you can whip together a Fresh Fruit Salad* put in a container*
or tuna sandwich or egg salad sandwich
What do you feel like having for luncH?
subway
chef's salad
Maybe some carrots and ranch dressing, like a vegetable platter. Sounds good to me.
Tuna or egg salad sandwich. Potato chips on the side and a soft drink.
A sandwich!
You will need: Mustard, bread, cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, ham (or turkey etc.), avocado, and anything else you just want to add. (all of this, of coarse, is optional)
Cut the cheese (XD), tomatoes, onions, and avocado into slices. :) (don't forget to wash all the veggies, duh!)
Then, lets see, spread mustard on a slice of your choice in bread. Add (not necessarily in this order) the lettuce, cheese, ham, tomatoes, onions, and finally the avocado. Place the second piece of bread on top and PRESTO!
Your lunch. ^_^
