What is the effect of cooking oil quality to the cooking time and how it happen?!

What is the effect of cooking oil quality to the cooking time and how it happen?

Poor quality cooking oil will required longer time in frying nuts?

thanks guy for your answer. during frying process(i use poor quality oil due to reuse many times),i found that the oil stability is no longer stable and the same goes to its cooking time. also i found foam or bubble form on the surface of oil. for your information, what i pointed just now is refer to the industrial frying process. the frying temperature is about 160 degree celcious. the problem i faced are
1. how to better control the frying time
2. how to improve the oil quality if possible.

I don't think it will affect the time at all, but it could have an off flavor. That said, I buy the Walmart brand cooking oil all the time (usually the corn oil or 100% canola oil), and as long as it's relatively fresh, it tastes just fine.

it may not take longer but the oil will burn faster.
