Actually you are all wrong, i own a kebab restaurant and we use only the freshest and best lamb and chicken, so stop talking about stray dogs, if you don't know what you are talking about, Kebab's are great and chicken kebab is very low fat .

they sell desk top kebab machines hope this helps
Its probably not a good idea because you wouldnt have a chicken kabab every day, and it would probably make you ill. It would be left for many days etc;
I am your Saviour....
Get yourself some dodgy meat- stray dog to keep the authenticity. Grind all the meat, connected tissue foot and bollock in a meat grinder then shape the meat around a metal pole. Ensure the pole has a cog which is connected by rubber band to the excersise wheels of a team of small rodents in a cage. This will serve as the motor for the DIY kebab system.
Next get some small electric bar heaters -3 to be on the safe side, arrange them at 120 degrees to each other around the "meat pole" once it is connected the the rodent motor. Sit back and wait for the meat to cook, open your pitta add in salad & chilli sauce- then badly pack your kebab and enjoy. Great after 18 cans of Stella Atois.
why would you want to? do you know what's in them? yuk how nasty...i have never eaten one in my life and never want to.
Even without the stick and the burner you can do it at home easily enough. Just use coarsely minced chicken (1lb) and add 1 teaspoon each of ground cumin and coriander. Add finely chopped fresh chilli and garlic to your taste and some salt. I like to throw in a handful of chopped green coriander leaf as well. In a bowl get your hands in and mix by squeezing and pressing until everything mixed and sticking together (1 or 2 minutes). Shape it into a square about two inches thick and put it on a tray under the grill. Make sure the grill is on quite low so it takes a long time to cook. Turn it over after about 20 minutes and do the other side. Make sure it is cooked right through and slice and put into your pitta with salad. I like hot pepper sauce on top or hot curry mayo. Enjoy
