Skin the chicken if desired. In a dish add AP flour, chili powder, tumeric, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken in this. Dust it off. Add eggs into a dish, again coat the chicken, get rid of excess, this is crucial. For the breadcrumbs, add panko creadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and more chil powder. Fry this is peanut or canola oil. It turns out great. Enjoy.

meat gives u a lot of calories so don't even eat it.

I always, skin the chicken, then wash it. I used garlic powder, seasoning salt, mrs dash, and pepper. My sons favorite.
Sometimes i just used Lemon Pepper and salt.
I fry in regular vegetable oil....about 400 deg.

I almost forgot to mention. After washing the chicken and seasoning, i get a bag with flour, and throw seasoning in it as well. Shake it up. then throw in one or two pieces shake until coated. take out give a little shake and put in hot oil. My cooker holds about 4 or 5 pieces at a time. Cooked until a deep golden brown or until insides are no longer pink.

Hope this was helpful, enjoy.

I usually take out two plates and put buttermilk ranch dressing in one, and one with a mixture of 3/4 bread crumbs and 1/4 parm. cheese. coat chicken in ranch, then coat chicken in bread crumb mix. bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken. SO GOOD!!!

actually, i took out chicken for dinner tonight, too..i think thats how i'll cook it!

I use an electric skillet. I make only chicken tenders so it takes less time to cook. I do the double dip method because it gives your chicken that extra crispiness. Take your chicken and dip it in your flour mixture. I use just flour, poultry seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Then dip it in a mixture of eggs and milk. Then back into the flour mixture. I fry the chicken in the pan a little over 350 degrees just until the chicken is golden brown on each side. Then drain on paper towlels.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy is made from the pan drippings from the chicken.

Stuff it,season it ( salt and pepper ) and deep fry it.Takes about 15 - 20 minutes. The best chicken you ever ate.
Turkey,deep fried,takes about 45 - 60 minutes.

Yummy !!
